An agreement between Zero Waste Scotland and a single Supplier for the provision of a Scottish Biogas and Compost Sector Survey, which includes the preparation of Sector Summary Reports for each sector. All work to be completed within six months of commencement.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The contractor will arrange, co-ordinate and conduct a survey of the biogas and composting sectors in Scotland to meet the requirements and timescales detailed in Section 2 (Specification) of the tender document. The contractor will present pertinent details from the survey to Zero Waste Scotland at an appropriate time during delivery. This feedback session may be used to help shape development of the Sector Summary Reports. The contractor will use the structure and layout of the previous 2014 report as a template, to summarise the information and data obtained during the survey and demonstrate sources and destinations for materials. The survey must meet (and exceed where possible) previous rates of participation within the target sectors, as detailed in Section 2 Part 4 of the tender document. All deliverables must be provided to Zero Waste Scotland no later than six months after commencement of the contract. The cost of delivery is estimated within the range of 15,000 GBP to 30,000 GBP (inclusive of VAT). Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
