Ochil View Housing Association Ltd is inviting suitably qualified contractors to tender for the provision of cleaning services to closes and windows of its housing developments located throughout Clackmannanshire and West Fife, for the period 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2020, and the employer reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional 1 year based on satisfactory performance.

Renewal: The contract may be extended by a further 1 year based on satisfactory performance and mutually agreed with the Association.
