In addition, the company is also undergoing a period of major change of which will requires changes in the present and future staffing complement and skills necessary for the future. The company is now looking to appoint a HR Consultant to support the management team and wider company through this period of change.

The successful appointee will be expected to plan, advise and support the implementation of a revised pay model, development and implementation of affordable and flexible terms and conditions and workforce plan to ensure the company remains sustainable and fit for purpose in the medium to long term. It is anticipated that the first stage of the process to identify optimum workforce structures will be completed by 31 March 2018.
