Highlands and Islands Enterprise requires a Service Provider to deliver a business accelerator programme focused on driving the growth of start-ups and early stage life science, health and technology businesses. The Service provider will be required to scope, shape and develop the accelerator programme delivery model creating all supporting material. The Service Provider will be required to work closely Highlands and Islands Enterprise throughout the development of the programme. The contract is for a period of 3 years.
