Administration of a Self-build Loan Fund
Notice Description
The Scottish Government intends to appoint a Service Provider to undertake the management, administration and delivery of a national self-build loan fund. A three-year contract commencing in Autumn 2018 is envisaged. The Scottish Government may consider dividing the contract into geographical lots. As provision is primarily demand-led, the estimated value (of 350,000 GBP) is indicative only. You are welcome to express an interest in this requirement, or contribute any views you may have, via the PCS mailbox.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Appointment of a Service Provider to undertake the management, administration and delivery of a national self-build loan fund. The Fund is intended to help support the construction of self-build homes held back by the limited availability of lending. The focus will be on supporting projects with the necessary consents in place to allow work to commence quickly and complementing lending where it already occurs, delivering genuinely additional new homes. This nationwide roll-out follows an earlier pilot scheme in the Highlands area.
