Lot 1
River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a Registered Social Landlord responsible for the management of some 7000 homes all located within the Inverclyde area. We require a contractor to undertake Key Holding & Security Services for properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are located within Inverclyde. RCH require 24/7 service availability throughout the year.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial one year duration. RCH may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two twelve month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
