CU/612/17 - Downtakings and alterations works as part of overall nursery alterations works at Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre, all as per attached drawings/specifications. It is recommended to visit the site to fully acquaint yourself with the full extent of the nature of the works for all labour, material and plant are to be included in your tender. Any additional costs will not be entertained for lack of such knowledge (if access is required please contact the centre direct on 01383 602305).

Please note, as the location of the new door (ID 26) is on a fire route, related slapping works may be at the weekend during out of hours, please therefore complete the item in the BOQ accordingly.
