Blackwood Homes and Care requires grounds maintenance contractors to service and maintain garden areas within 84 developments across 12 geographic lots as detailed in the Project Brief
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Perth & Kinross
Communal grounds maintenance to the following 3 developments: 1. Market Street, Perth; 2. Muirmont Court, Bridge of Earn; and 3. New Row, Perth.
Options: Minor additional landscaping or planting where required, specification and timescales by prior agreement.
Renewal: 12 months, subject to performance
Lot 2 - Dundee & AngusCommunal grounds maintenance to the following 8 developments: 1. Dorward Gardens, Montrose; 2. Gallowshade Road, Angus; 3. Hill Place, Arbroath; 4. Kirkton Road, Arbroath; 5. Slater Way, Brechin; 6. Appin Road, Dundee; 7. Blackwood Court, Dundee; and 8. Charleston, Dundee.
