Notification of award of contract as per works below. The works will involve the installation of new Kitchens, Bathrooms and Gas Central Heating Systems. A number of properties are also to be rewired. There are 38 properties on the programme, with the majority of works scheduled to ensure SHQS compliance for the Association's Stock.

GWHA are completing an element renewal programme to bring a number of properties in alignment with SHQS standards. There are 38 properties on the programme, with the majority of works scheduled to ensure SHQS compliance for the Association's Stock. The tender documents are attached to this notice and will be split on a price quality basis. Please note each contractor must complete the ESPD, Tender Quality Questionnaire and Cost Schedules. The ESPD will be assessed on a pass/fail basis, and only those passing will have the Tender Quality Questionnaire Assessed. Please refer to tender documents in detail for full and clear instructions for completion and return. The project will be lead primarily by the successful contractor with surveys to be completed following award with responsibility for all tenant communication in advance of works.
