Notice Description
The scope of the works includes replacement of existing roof coverings (residential flat roof area only). Stripping off and removing existing flat roof covering back to plywood decking, remove and replace existing defective lead flashing, remove existing render approximate up to 500mm above existing roof line. Taking down and refitting TV areal and sky dishes, replacing existing external and internal doors and screens, making good disturbed finishes, painting new timber screens and doors. Remove existing roof vent cowls and infilling opening. Remove existing ramp, and metal handrails. There is contractor's design portion for a fully demountable access ramps, stair and platform.
