Electrical Periodic Inspection & Testing (including remedial works) - Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire/Moray
Notice Description
Langstane and Castlehill Housing Associations are Social Housing Providers with head offices located in Aberdeen City. Both Associations are jointly procuring an Electrical Test and Inspection contract which will include remedial works in their properties located in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and the Moray areas. The Contract will involve the successful Service Provider/s undertaking Electrical Periodic Inspections in occupied dwellings. The provider/s will undertake testing, providing a EICR upon completion in an electronic format. The contract will include CAT1, CAT2 and some CAT 3 remedial works. Portable Appliance Testing will also form a small part of the contract. The contract will consist of 6 lots and contractors can bid for 1 lot or multiple lots. The contract period will run for 36 months from the Commencement Date (with an optional extension of a further 12+12 months), extensions are dependent on performance.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Aberdeen City
Langstane and Castlehill Housing Association's are seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of Electrical Periodic Inspection and Testing services, Portable Appliance Testing and CAT 1/Cat2 and some CAT 3 remedial works with a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor.
