Maintenance painterwork redecoration to: internal common closes; external elevations; external common spaces, access areas and gardens/ backcourts including gutter cleaning. Remove metal fencing off site, cut away & weld on identity/ location number; transport to factory; shot blast to bare metal; re-galvanise [dip] in factory; transport back to site; identify existing position; re-erect in existing position; galvanise/ touch up on site [welded joints] and all cutting back landscaping, consequential works, making good etc.

The tender will comprise the Prequalification Document [ESPD], your quality score for the TQQ; and the Contract Sum stated on the Form of Tender. The submitted Prequalification Document Submission will be assessed as a pass or fail to identify contractors who pass the thresholds. Subsequently and only for those contractors who have their ESPD assessed as a pass- The criteria for scoring will be to reach a total percentage score as follows: Price (tender)- deducting 1% from 100 for every percentage point each tender is in excess of the lowest tender, prior to weighting. Quality- out of 100 for your TQQ submission, ranked in relation to the other candidates. The candidates will be scored relative to each other (best answer scoring highest), based on the Employer's individual aspirations/ requirements and the information provided by the candidate(s). Price/ Quality percentage scores will be evaluated on a 30% tender price/ 70% tender quality basis to determine the total score and the preferred candidate contractor. The highest scoring candidate may be recommended for acceptance as the preferred contractor.. One entire copy of the tender documents are to be returned as hard copy and also in electronic format on a data stick. The tender documents are to be returned to North View Housing Association Limited, 29A Stravanan Road, Glasgow G45 9LY separately packaged in an anonymous envelope(s) and individually labelled, print out labels provided as attachments.

Renewal: The contract is for the provision of maintenance re-decoration; fencing refurbishment and associated works in the Employer's area during 2018-19, with options to extend the contract solely at the Employer's discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st March 2023. Works to be carried out in Castlemilk, Glasgow G45
