Notice Description
Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH) wish to set up a contract covering penetration testing services and information security/management consultancy, on a call-off basis, with one or more suppliers. Lot Information
Lot 1
The provision of penetration testing services and information security/management consultancy. This will be on a call-off basis, and may be with one or two suppliers. The contract will be for two years initially, commencing on or around 1 April 2018, with the option to extend for a maximum of one further year. Full details will be contained in the Statement of Service Requirements issued to short-listed candidates at Stage 2 of this procurement process (Invitation To Tender). The estimated value indicated in this Contract Notice is very much an estimate, and is based on the call-off contract operating for the maximum 3-year period. Although not a 'joint procurement', the contract may also be used by Forestry Commission Scotland, Forest Research (the research agency of FCS), Forest Enterprise Scotland (who manage the FCS estate) and SEPA, although any contract spend by these organizations is likely to be low.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 8 or 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: After the initial 2-year contract term, it may be extended for a further year.
