Notice Description
Clackmannanshire Council wishes to develop a select framework list of up to 4 Suppliers for traffic management services for the period 01/04/2018 - 31/03/2019. The framework list will be used to create a range of companies capable of providing traffic management services.For those companies successfully included on the final framework list, the company with the best price for the items required on a particular works package will get offered first refusal to supply within the timescales. If this Company is unable to supply on a particular occasion within the Contract timescale the request will in turn offered to the tenderer with the next best price and if they are unable it continues to be offered to the next in line and so on.There is no guarantee of any works being issued.
