Provision of support and maintenance of proprietary forms software applications for a business information system.
Procurement Information
The requirement is for proprietary software that cannot be supported or licensed by any other company as the proposed supplier is the only one known to possess the unique and specialised capacity. The Scottish Housing Regulator is reviewing the regulatory framework and this will take place in 2018, with operational changes taking place in 2019. This is likely to lead to further systems requirements that can be included in a future contract specification. This non-competitive award is therefore an interim arrangement until future requirements are clear and we are in a position to re-tender.
