The Authority has appointed a number of Contractors for the supply eBooks and eBook Collections from a wide range of academic publishers to the higher education (HE) institutions and further education (FE) institutions, of Scotland, together with the National Library of Scotland, the National Museum of Scotland and the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh under the auspices of the Scottish Confederation of University and Research Libraries (SCURL).
