Shire Housing Association Framework Agreement for Upgrading of Bathrooms: 2018-2021
Notice Description
The Client intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with a maximum of three contractors for the carrying out of bathroom upgrading works to approximately 212nr properties over a three-year period located at various locations within the East Ayrshire region. It is intended that the highest scoring bidder overall will be appointed as 'Preferred contractor' with the 2nd and 3rd placed contractors being appointed to the Framework in a back-up capacity in the event that the Preferred Contractor fails to perform to the required standards. Notwithstanding the above, the Association does not guarantee the actual extend of works that will eventually be ordered under the Framework and the above figures are provided for indicative purposes only.

The establishment of a Framework Agreement for the upgrading of approximately 212nr bathrooms within properties located throughout the East Ayrshire region for a three-year period commencing 01/04/2018.
Renewal: The client reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 12-month period.
