Notice Description
The scope of the tender covers the refurbishment works at David Russell Apartments for 2018, 2019 and 2020. Tender submissions (cost) will be based on the 2018 works (as billed) and also the percentage uplift detailed for 2019 and 2020 based on this scope. Once the final scope of works has been agreed for 2019, and 2020, the successful tenderer will be issued with a revised Bill of Quantities relative to these works based on the 2018 price plus the uplift detailed in the tender submission.
