Notice Description

We wish to procure a leadership development approach known as Intent Based Leadership (IBL) which will support the creation of a dynamic leadership movement, and enable us to offer leadership development at scale, for all those in a leadership role, over time.The aim is to add value to existing leadership development approaches by developing a shared and practical focus on what we mean by 'an authorising environment'; This will involve establishing a shared way of thinking, being, acting and behaving at all levels, and importantly, developing a common leadership language across the Council.
