For the provision of Occupational Health Services, Employee Assistance Programmes using the Crown commercial framework RM3795.Due to an oversight on our behalf We are looking for quotes on Lot 3 - Employee Assistance ProgrammesLots 1 Full Service for Occupational Health Services and Employee Assistance Programmes and Lot 2 - Occupational Health Services having recently been tendered it has become apparent through the clarification process that we may have a requirement for the core requirements which shall include, but not be limited toOnline Portal.Telephone, Triage and Support Services which shall include, but not be limited toAdvice and support;Bullying and harassment support;Whistleblowing Services; andManagement support Services.Coaching and counselling Services including therapeutic interventions:Case management.Mediation;Trauma and critical incident support;Interactive health kiosks;Policy guidance and trend management;Health and wellbeing promotion and awareness ; andPublicity and promotion.Depending on submissions it is not clear if this lot is affordable and as a result the award will be subject to budget constraints.
