Notice Description
The Forestry Commission's Plant Health Cross Border Service has a future opportunity for the inspection of timber at ports of entry into Great Britain together with other work related to the detection of quarantine forestry pests and diseases . The Forestry Commission are holding a market engagement event to invite potential suppliers to hear more about this work and find out more about the requirement. This purpose of this event is to inform potential suppliers of our intended tender process to ensure that the widest possible range of potential suppliers (including SMEs) are able to bid for this future work. Companies interested in attending should (by 14th March 2018) notify Sophie McKenzie at plant.health@forestry.gsi.gov.uk to receive further information on the event and to register.
