National Framework Agreement for Forest Management Operations
Notice Description
x This is the contract award notice not a new tender opportunity. x In order to meet our requirements for Forest Management Operations the FC require to put in place a Framework Agreement. FM Operations shall include: Restock Planting, Beat-up Planting, Broadleaf Planting with tube & stake, Singling, Cleaning, Respacing, Brashing, Motor Manual Weeding, Hand Weeding, Herbicide Weeding; Guarded/Unguarded Spot Spraying; Overall Spraying Using Knapsack; Noxious Weed Control; Band spraying, Insecticide Top-up spraying, Hand Fertilising, General Estates Work / Conservation Work, Tubes Removal The start date is the 15th October 2018. West Argyll and Lochaber do not require services to start until 1st April 2019. The Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 3 years. An option to extend the Framework for a further 12 months will be at the sole discretion of the Forestry Commission.

National Framework Agreement for Forest Management Operations - In order to meet our requirements for Forest Management Operations the FC require to put in place a Framework Agreement. FM Operations shall include: Restock Planting, Beat-up Planting, Broadleaf Planting with tube & stake, Singling, Cleaning, Respacing, Brashing, Motor Manual Weeding, Hand Weeding, Herbicide Weeding; Guarded/Unguarded Spot Spraying; Overall Spraying Using Knapsack; Noxious Weed Control; Band spraying, Insecticide Top-up spraying, Hand Fertilising, General Estates Work / Conservation Work, Tubes Removal The total estimated value over the entire period, including any extension options, will be in the region of GBP 8,510,000 excluding VAT. The anticipated start date is the 1st September 2018. West Argyll and Lochaber do not require services to start until 1st April 2019. The Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 3 years. An option to extend the Framework for a further 12 months will be at the sole discretion of the Forestry Commission. -
