Scottish Approach to Quality Improvement Framework Agreement for the provision of a national strategic Quality Improvement (QI) partner with experience of having applied QI in a variety of contexts, having achieved and sustained results at scale, designed to drive system-wide transformation.

Lot 1
Quality Improvement. To award a national strategic quality improvement partner who will be required to add value to and support existing quality improvement activities across the NHS and wider public sector in Scotland. The awarded partner will work in partnership with The Scottish Government, NHS Scotland and the wider public sector to build sustainable capacity and capability for continuous quality improvement, and deliver real and high impact improvements; in order to support meeting the overall Scottish Government vision of having a sustainable economy; where opportunities, wealth and power is shared more equally; where people are healthy and active, and live in safe communities free from discrimination. This will include working within an number of areas/outcomes including: public services; children, young people and families; inequalities; business; crime; employment opportunities and communities. Total value shown is for duration of the framework and based on last 12 months of supplier spend data. Based on historic data the estimated annual value of this requirement is 500000 GBP. The framework period will be 4 years.
