This notice is to advise that Kingdom Housing Association intends to contract with Ogilvie Homes to build affordable housing at Kintillo Road, Bridge of Earn. The site is owned by Ogilvie and the afforable housing is being supplied as part of Ogilvie's wider private site

Lot 1
Kingdom Housing Association working in partnership with Perth & Kinross Council is in the process of delivering new affordable housing throughout Perth and Kinross and these new properties form part of that delivery programme. The site is owned by the Developer therefore it is a requirement of the sale that the design and build contract be awarded to Ogilvie Homes. This contract can only be awarded to this particular operator therefore Kingdom is using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice.
