Notice Description

The project works consist of the provision of new mechanical ventilation services and minor alterations to the existing ventilation services, in order to provide adequate ventilation rates to areas affected by significant heat gains in summer months and to maintain room temperatures within the areas at comfortable levels. The rooms where increased ventilation rates are not sufficient to offset potential summer heat gains (Balmore Reception 107), will be provided with dedicated direct expansion cooling system.
