LEN European Short Course Swimming Championships 2019 Production of full television coverage of all events for the duration of the Championships (4th - 8th December 2019 inclusive). The coverage must fulfil the contractual obligations between Glasgow City Council and Ligue Europeenne de Natation (LEN) as per the Television Production Requirements, which are comprehensively detailed in section 4.5 of the tender document. The goal is to produce a broadcast feed reporting everything that happens in the pool. The Host Broadcaster is obliged to offer additional unilateral production services to a fixed rate card in order to service other Rights Holding Broadcasters. An appropriate rate card will be approved the LOC.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
