This Framework Agreement is for the supply of ENT, Ophthalmology & Skin Medicines/Medical Devices in a range of presentations to NHS Scotland. Each product line was treated as an individual Lot and was awarded on a line by line basis.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement by up to extend by further periods of up to a maximum of twelve (12) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension.
