Scottish Autism are looking for a competent contractor to work in partnership to undertake the refurbishment of the property.

Scottish Autism are a leading provider of support services for individuals with a diagnosis of Autism. The organisation is looking to refurbish an existing care home, located in a rural setting south of Biggar, Clannalba House. The refurbishment comprises replacement windows and internal alterations, refurbishments including forming six en-suited bedrooms and general refurbishment. Scottish Autism are looking for a competent contractor to work in partnership to undertake the refurbishment of the property. A Design Team has been appointed with drawings and specifications are currently being prepared. It is expected that the tender will be issued to invited parties in May 2018, with the works expected to be completed by October 2018.
