Orkney Islands Council is seeking an artist to deliver the Kirkwall Townscape Heritage Initiative Public Art Project. The KTHI public art project is an element of the KTHI interpretation strategy - The Story of Kirkwall. The strategy identifies key heritage theme that help to explain the history and development of the town and its people. The KTHI public art project will develop and deliver public art in Kirkwall that will add to the interest and vibrancy of the public space and contribute to heritage awareness in Kirkwall.
