Generally the works are required to alter 3 existing offices, including circulation area, back to Classrooms on the Third Floor of St Brendan's Primary School, Motherwell. The works comprise downtaking of existing doors, partitions, floor and ceilings finishes, kitchen fittings, electrical installation and miscellaneous plumbing works. New works comprise new internal doors, plasterboard partition, kitchen fitments, floor and wall finishes, suspended ceilings, painting and decorating, plumbing and electrical works.
