It will also include installation of mechanical and electrical services, including refrigeration systems. The work will be carried out in two phases. Phase 1 will involve the demolition of part of the existing factory and construction and fit out of the new factory. Phase 2 will involve the demolition of the remainder of the factory and external works to its footprint (construction of hard-standing, fencing, etc.).
