Notice Description
The Scottish Government wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to manage, administer and deliver this national fund, on its behalf, identifying projects which are worthy of support, and drawing down loan funding from the Scottish Government to meet project costs. The appointed Service Provider will be expected to repay loaned funds, with interest.
