PoLHA's principal requirement is the provision of a main / principal contractor to undertake hard landscaping and associated works. The works comprise hard landscaping and associated works to the communal space serving the properties at 15 and 16 Junction Place, Leith, Edinburgh. The building includes the Dr Bell's Family Centre. The works consist of the removal of the existing hard surfacing, garden furniture and the like and replacement with new including concrete setts, excavation works, drainage works, provision of artificial surfacing. There is also minor electrical works to be undertaken. The works are likely to be undertaken during financial year 2018 / 2019, a 6-week contract period has been estimated commencing in May/June 2018.
