The Contract is to cover the implementation and maintenance of Wi-Fi services for student accommodation sites. It is essential that the Contractor can provide a constant minimum internet speed of 100Mbps. This service is required to cover all areas of the student accommodation sites, with an option to upgrade to higher speeds - charged at local level to individual users.. N/A

Options: Tenderer to provide information for optional upgrade to higher internet speeds - charged to individual customers.

Renewal: Two possible extension periods of 12 months (Maximum 24 months in total)
