The Association has identified 327Nr. properties that will be covered by this contract. Scope of Works includes: Clean gutters front, rear and gable where appropriate; Rod and clear drop pipes; Make good any loose or leaking joints to gutters; Re-fix any loose or disconnected drop pipes; Carry out minor repairs during visit; Take before and after photographs; Provide annual roof condition report; Provide costs for significant repairs identified at time of visit; Provide weekly updates of completions throughout duration of contract and Provide all necessary access equipment to carry out the works.
