This contract provides for a competent supplier to remove and dispose (off-site) of the clinical and washroom waste within SPS establishments using the containers supplied by the supplier. The Supplier shall be responsible for: 1. Ensuring the safe collection, treatment and environmentally sound disposal of SPS Clinical and Washroom Waste; 2. Supplying a sufficient quantity of the appropriate containers; 3. Ensuring that all containers (and related machinery) owned by the Supplier is fully and adequately maintained and is fit for purpose; and 4. Compliance with any and all legislative requirements.

Renewal: An extension option is available of any number of periods up to a maximum of 2 years commencing on the Expiry Date
