Water Testing & Associated Legionella Compliance Services

The works consist of the provision of all plant, labour and materials to execute works, including but not limited to the provision of: - Legionella testing and monitoring in compliance with HSE's Legionnaires' disease - The control of Legionella bacteria in water systems - Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (ACoP L8), HSG274 and all other relevant guidance and British Standards; - Carrying out water hygiene services as specified by Viewpoint and in accordance with the HSE's Legionnaires' disease - The control of Legionella bacteria in water systems - Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (ACoP L8) and all other relevant guidance and British Standards; - Annual inspection of communal cold water storage tanks; - Sampling of communal calorifier; - Sentinel outlet temperature monitoring; - Calorfier inspections.

Renewal: Initial 36 month period with option to extend for a further 24 months in 12 month intervals.

Water Testing Remedial Works

The works consist of the provision of all plant, labour and materials to execute works occurring from the undertaking of Legionella testing and monitoring by Viewpoint's water testing contractor, including but not limited to the provision of: - Water tank replacement; - Water tank repair or relining; - Water tank cleaning; - Annual check of shower heads within domestic properties when undertaking legionella checks; - Annual servicing/maintenance of Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) in line with manufacturer recommendations and HSG274 Part 2. - TMV replacement and removal; - Cleaning & Disinfection works; - Purge Calorifiers; - Expansion vessel repair/replacement; - Repair/replacement of filters and softeners.

Renewal: Initial 36 month period with option to extend by an additional 24 months in 12 month intervals
