The successful on site construction of the accepted design, to be delivered within programme and on budget. Generally the replacement of the glazed curtain walling system will include: - Removal of the existing glazed curtain walling system including all frames, supports, fixings, glazing, infill panels etc; removing off site as required. - Protection of existing structure, finishings and fittings exposed through the installation. - Installation of new glazed curtain walling system including all frames, supports, fixings, glazing, infill panels, all damp proof courses, mastic. - Replacement/ alteration as necessary of all existing elements, including mechanical and electrical, of the building as a direct result of the curtain walling replacement.",
