Notice Description

This tender exercise is now complete. Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) proposes a leadership programme to stimulate and develop ambitious leadership which sits at the heart of business growth. The programme will be designed for a wide range of participants in both private and third sector organisations all at different stages in their journey toward being high performing leaders. It aims to deliver a step change in the leadership capability and capacity of 300-400 individuals from 200-300 unique businesses across the Highlands and Islands region. The requirement is split into 2 Lots: - Lot 1 Emerging Leaders/ Leadership for Growth - Lot 2 Mentoring (business mentoring to accelerate the leadership journey) This particular Notice relates to Lot 1.

Lot 1

Lot 1 Emerging Leaders/ Leadership for Growth - Emerging Leaders - 3 programmes per year each with a cohort of up to 14 participants. Total 168 participants over 4 years - Leadership for Growth - 2 programmes per year each with a cohort of up to 14 participants. Total 112 participants over 4 years It is expected that these services will be required from October 2018 for 4 years unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement. The 4 year budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP1,075,000 and GBP1,156,000 (excluding VAT).. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: In accordance with Regulation 72(1)(a) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, HIE reserves the right to make changes to the volume, scope or location of the Services following a review of the Services by HIE, particularly in regard to demand for each activity and budgetary availability. This Framework will be non-exclusive i.e. HIE reserves the right, in certain circumstances, to procure out with the Framework as and when required. It will also be available for call-off by any current or future HIE subsidiary organisation, associated company, joint venture or similar, subject to a case-by-case prior approval by HIE.
