SBHA is seeking to award a contract for the provision of Tenant Satisfaction Surveys.

Lot 1

SBHA is seeking to conduct a programme of quarterly general surveys to assess Tenant perceptions of, and satisfaction with, the services they receive from SBHA. This is a shift away from surveys which are currently carried out annually. In addition to this, SBHA request that the tenderers quote for transactional satisfaction surveys with a specific focus on service transaction and improvement e.g. repairs customers. SBHA has 5,561m homes and seeks to survey at least a rolling third of tenants per year. The contract is for three years.. All bidders are required to complete the ESPD, any minimum requirements and the scoring methodology are set out below.

Options: Where tenant numbers increase or technology offers more effective or efficient means of gathering this information SBHA will want to benefit from these opportunities.

Renewal: 1 x 12 months
