Notice Description
This Framework Agreement is to provide integrated Heat Metering and Billing services (HMB), and the supply of heat meters which shall use an open metering system protocol and are smart connection capable. The Framework Agreement shall cover Domestic and Non-Domestic properties. Domestic heat customers will be predominately Council tenants, and non-domestic customers may range from small enterprises to large multi-national companies who have business units in areas with heat networks were the District Heat Network is operated for or by a Local Authority.
