The design and construction of 10 Semi-Detached units according to the following mix and HHP standard house types. 2 no. x 1 Bedroom 2 Person Semi Detached Units 4 no. x 2 Bedroom 4 Person Semi Detached Units 4 no. x 3 Bedroom 5 Person Semi Detached Units with associated infrastructure access roads, external works and landscaping.

Scalpay Road, Tarbert, Isle of Harris

The design and construction of 4 no 1 bedroom 2 person units with associated infrastructure, access roads, external works and landscaping. Proposals for both flats and semi-detached units will be considered by HHP.

Breasclete, Isle of Lewis

The design and construction of 10 Semi-Detached units according to the following mix and HHP standard house types. 2 no. x 1 Bedroom 2 Person Semi Detached Units 4 no. x 2 Bedroom 4 Person Semi Detached Units 4 no. x 3 Bedroom 5 Person Semi Detached Units with associated infrastructure access roads, external works and landscaping. Tenderers should note the presence of the Scottish Water pumping station adjacent to the site. Consideration should be given to the need to maintain right of access to the Scottish Water pumping station and the potential need to divert gravity fed and pumped foul water mains.
