Notice Description
The Forestry Commission have a network of forest roads critical to supporting all access which enable the management of the estate. There is a requirement to maintain the existing roads to ensure delivery of the business objectives. Medium Term Contracts (MTC's) are therefore required for Hired Machinery, Maintenance, Crushing and Screening.

Hired Machinery and Maintenance - Tay
The Forestry Commission have a network of forest roads critical to supporting all access which enable the management of the estate. There is a requirement to maintain the existing roads to ensure delivery of the business objectives. Medium Term Contracts (MTC's) are therefore required for Hired Machinery and Maintenance.
Renewal: The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with the option of a 2 year extension at the FC's discretion. If the extension is taken, the pricing will be agreed using RPI increase from the end of the two year breakpoint.
Hired Machinery and Maintenance - Cowal & Trossachs & Scottish LowlandsThe Forestry Commission have a network of forest roads critical to supporting all access which enable the management of the estate. There is a requirement to maintain the existing roads to ensure delivery of the business objectives. Medium Term Contracts (MTC's) are therefore required for Hired Machinery and Maintenance.
