The research should explore a number of growth specific behaviours that influence SME owner's perceptions and ambitions. This will help to form an understanding of how SME growth can be nudged in Scotland. Delivering primary behavioural insight research will detail how the government can encourage specific growth behaviours (e.g. get more people to undertake workplace innovation).
