            "performanceTerms": "In order to maintain programme, CGDL is separately progressing the procurement of the required Calcium Polysulphide and Ferrous Sulphate Heptahydrate through a supplies contract. The contract, which will be for the supply of the required quantity of product into the UK, will be novated to the Main Contractor, who will take on the employer's responsibilities under the contract (including the safe storage of the product prior to its use). The timescales for the procurement and supply of the required Chemicals is currently aligned with the programme for the appointment of a Main Contractor for the implementation of the Remediation and Earthworks contract. Following novation the supplier will deliver the Chemicals to meet the contractors programme. The Main Contractor will be responsible for compiling and agreeing a delivery schedule with the Supplier. Payment for the Chemicals prior and following novation will remain with CGDL."
