Replacement of Main Entrance Door Sets and Installation of Automated Access / Egress Systems
Notice Description
Tenders are invited for the replacement of the existing main entrance door sets, including the supply and fit of automatic door opening systems at Devlin Court, Whins of Milton, Stirling, FK7 0NP Falconer Court, Huntly Street, Inverness, IV3 5PN Glentanar Court, Seedhill Road, Paisley, PA1 1RS The contractor appointed to carry out these works will be required to: Remove the existing door sets, retaining suited lock barrels for re-use Supply and fit replacement, timber framed door sets, with double glazed vision panels and a door that is fully compliant with Disability Discrimination Act and Secure by Design guidelines Supply and fit each door set with an automatic opening system to aid access / egress. Each system to be linked to existing door entry systems, allowing existing keys, fobs and access codes to be retained Repair such decor and fittings that may be damaged as a consequence of these works
