River Clyde Homes are looking to procure an experienced and competent contractor to undertake Environmental Improvement Works within the Broomhill Area of Greenock. This specific package of works requires the successful bidder to undertake: - Site Preparation (Removal of Grass, shrubbery, asphalt, kerbing etc) -Surface Treatment (Laying of new asphalt, paving, decorative kerbing, etc) - Refurbishment and repair works (existing walls, stairs, coping) - Drainage.

Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
