River Clyde Homes is a 'not for profit' affordable housing provider. We own and manage over 5,800 homes and provide factoring services to a further 2,200 homes in the Inverclyde area. River Clyde Homes are looking to procure an experienced and competent contractor to undertake Environmental Improvement Works within the Broomhill Area of Greenock. This specific package of works requires the successful bidder to undertake: - Site Preparation (Removal of Grass, shrubbery, asphalt, kerbing etc) -Surface Treatment (Laying of new asphalt, paving, decorative kerbing, etc) - Refurbishment and repair works (existing walls, stairs, coping) - Drainage.
