Ayrshire Housing requires a suitably qualified General Builders work contractor to provide support services to their incumbent day to day reactive repairs contractor and to carry out sundry associated small builders works tasks around their housing estates in Ayrshire.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: Extension of contract for any variable period up to a maximum of three years.
