To Provide a wide range of legal services to both CMAL and HIal
Lot Information
Lot 1
Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited wishes to engage a Legal Services Provider for services to Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL), Highlands & Islands Airports Ltd (HIAL), Dundee Airport Ltd (DAL) and Airport Management Services Ltd (AMSL) (the Companies). Note: CMAL is acting on behalf of Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL) & Highlands & Islands Airports Ltd (HIAL) and Dundee Airport Ltd (DAL) & Airport Management Services Ltd (AMSL) for this exercise and any subsequent Contract placed. All provisions agreed at Schedules 2,3 and 4 will apply to any Contract placed and will supersede any other terms for the provision of this service.
Renewal: The contract can be extended by a further 60 months based on performance and at the sole discretion of CMAL and HIAL.
