In Part III: Exclusion Grounds of the ESPD, if any bidder breaches any of the mandatory and discretionary exclusion grounds or they have not demonstrated that they have taken self cleansing measures to our satisfaction, they will not be invited to tender. In 4B1.2 of the ESPD, Bidders must provide evidence as stated within the Standardised Statement document. Failure to meet the stated levels may result in exclusion from the tender stage. In 4B.5.1 of the ESPD it is a requirement that bidders provide the levels of insurance stated within the Standardised Statement document. Failure to provide evidence of this level of insurance may result in the exclusion from the tender stage. All bidders should refer to the ESPD Standardised Statement document included in the published notice to provide the information Link require.

Responsive Repairs For Builder, Plaster and Roofing Works - West Scotland Only

This contract is for proposed responsive builders work, plaster and roofing repairs over three (+1) years at various locations in Lot 2 - West Scotland as described within all supplied documentation. The Works will be based on defined trades and geographical areas as indicated in the contract document. In Part III: Exclusion Grounds of the ESPD, if any bidder breaches any of the mandatory and discretionary exclusion grounds or they have not demonstrated that they have taken self cleansing measures to our satisfaction, they will not be invited to tender. In 4B1.2 of the ESPD, Bidders must provide evidence of their average turnover over three years as stated within the Standardised Statement document. Failure to meet the stated levels may result in exclusion from the tender stage. In 4B.5.1 of the ESPD it is a requirement that bidders provide the levels of insurance stated within the Standardised Statement document. Failure to provide evidence of this level of insurance may result in the exclusion from the tender stage. Renewal: This contract is for proposed responsive builders work, plaster and roofing repairs over three (+1) years at various locations with a possibility for further 12 months extension as mutually agreed and subject to negotiations and contract performance
